It’s where we mix a dash of Roman passion with a hearty sprinkle of Welsh friendliness. Back in spring 2016, Fabrizio decided it was about time the rich tastes of Italy found a new home, right here in Wales.

Fabrizio’s story starts in the lively lanes of Rome, born in 1967 into a family where food was everything – a sign of love, a tradition, and the best excuse to have a good laugh together. Growing up, the kitchen was Fabrizio’s playground, where the magic of meals brought everyone closer. He’s brought this piece of his childhood to our kitchen, sharing a slice of his world with you.
